You understand and give explicit consent for this recording process. Recordings will only be retained if submitted by the user and will otherwise be permanently deleted.

All content within the App is the property of PPWRK LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, transmit, participate in the sale or transfer of, or create derivative works based on any content, in whole or in part.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

PPWRK LTD reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the ‘Last Updated’ date at the top of these Terms and/or sending you a notification directly.
